Many things go through my mind before I think of a photo of food or drinks. I focus on generating an environment that invites more than eating, to contemplate! To enjoy!
To make the art of eating something sublime, delicate, sensual, and pleasurable.
That is what I try to capture in my photography. If we have to eat, we will do it elegantly, with intelligence, and accompanied by a select group of friends who make the experience worth telling, being photographed, and being remembered.
If we have to take a photo, we will do it to seduce even the most distracted palate.
A table is a place that I find sacred and I like to dress it up with luxury and glamour and fill it with light, textures, and colors.
